Hofbräuhaus Chicago’s creative spirit and initiator RBH Brewery Inc. will be responsible for the service team and will take good care of the guests’ culinary requirements in the main beer hall, called “Schwemme”, King Ludwig Room and Beer Garden in the summer.

One-hundred-eighty employees with diverse national backgrounds will work during peak seasons at the Hofbräuhaus Chicago.

Finest Bavarian Cuisine with daily changing specials will be prepared by our highly qualified kitchen team.

Beer “steins” (mugs), “dirndl” (traditional Bavarian dresses) and much more genuinely crafted Bavarian gift and souvenir items will be available at the souvenir shop or can be purchased online.

Regularly trained personnel will serve fresh brewed beer on tap according to generation-honored Bavarian custom. Thanks to the latest innovation in beer dispensing techniques, our visitors will experience first-hand Bavarian beer culture.

All administrative duties such as table and party reservations, conferences and meetings will be handled by our professional, qualified staff members.

Utilizing our facilities for family celebrations, weddings, office parties, conferences, meetings, our Special Event Department will organize and help you with suggestions and useful hints.
